Patients that are at risk of coming home after surgery or hospital stay will receive fourteen FREE meals with a referral.

 

Delivered by compassionate volunteers Monday-Friday between 11am-1:15pm with wellness check included with each drop off.

Referrals can come from LMH social workers, doctors, nurse practitioner and LPs/RNs.
